Breakfast In The Plantation - Phuket
OVERVIEW
Is a breakfast in bed too normal for you? Enjoy a delicious meal in a spectacular setting as you feast on a delicious picnic in the middle of a local rubber plantation. Mingle with the local plantation workers and get your hands dirty when you learn about rubber production and try your hand at harvesting this lucrative resource. Certainly a unique start to the day!
PROGRAM DETAILS
For the early risers we offer you a unique opportunity to mingle with the local plantation workers and see for yourself how rubber is harvested. At 07h00 sharp our guide expects you in the lobby for a short transfer to one of the hundreds of rubber plantations in the south of Thailand. Expect to get your hands dirty since we are entering a big rubber plantation where you (after a short "how-to-harvest-rubber workshop") are expected to join and try to harvest rubber. Our guide will also explain you more about the rubber production process and show some local made rubber products. You will be rewarded by a 5-star breakfast picnic in the middle of the rubber plantation before heading back to the hotel.
NOTE: Tour is from 0700-0930; in case of rain, breakfast will be at the hotel and tour will be replaced with "Former Glory of old Phuket".
